Venue for slope events will be Hillend or Castlelaw, depending on wind direction. Two dates are given for each event - the second will be used if poor weather or other external influence prevents it being flown on the first. Events will commence at 11:00 am, or when firing range flags dropped if earlier (Castlelaw only).

• Aerobatics ....................................... 30 July.

Fly nominated pattern within time-limits. Judged on content, precision, and time. Time to brush up on your Immelman Turns and Cuban Eights. Points will be awarded for technical merit and artistic interpretation. Dress informal.

• PSS Competition .................................. 20 August.

Bring your PSS model along and fly for fun. Models will be judged by fellow pilots.

• Spot landing ..................................... 17 September.

Test of landing skill for any aircraft type. This will test your landing accuracy against the clock.

• Limbo and Foamies ................................ TBA.

The number of times you can fly your aircraft under limbo line within a fixed time period. Followed by a 'Knock-Out' competition for ‘foamie’ enthusiasts.
